Terms and conditions for using our services.

Welcome to SimpliLaw Group, which comprises of 2 LLP’s registered in India namely SimpliLaw Consulting Services LLP & SimpliLaw Learning Services LLP (“LLP’s”, “we”, “our”, “our firms”, “us”).

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

  • We are a legal, secretarial, compliance and learning service provider, registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India as LLP (Limited Liability Partnership). Detailed credentials of our firms are provided in the “Contact Us” section of our website, www.simplilaw.in.

  • We are NOT a law firm registered in India and the designated partners of our firm are NOT advocate(s) registered under the Advocates Act, 1961 of India.

  • We:

    • Provide legal, secretarial, compliance and learning services.

    • Assist with pre-litigation, litigation and post-litigation strategies, also help you with providing necessary legal documentation in this regard(except documents to be filed with courts, judicial authority(s) for which we are engaged in advisory capacity only, and the final documentation and filing are handled by an advocate/law firm, as registered under the Advocates Act, 1961 / Bar Council of the respective State of India.

  • We do NOT undertake representation before any court, tribunal, or judicial authority/body in India or outside India.

  • Any engagement with advocates is independent and separate from our services.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.

  • Not misuse our services.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All service fees are non-refundable.

  • For learning programs (workshops, masterclasses, etc.):

    • Refunds are provided only if the program is cancelled by us.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method or as per bank/card processing timelines.

4. No Shipping or Delivery or Exchange Policy

  • We do not deal in physical goods.

  • Therefore, no shipping or delivery or exchange policy applies.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our services are advisory in nature.

  • We shall not be liable for:

    • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    • Any outcomes arising from reliance on our services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, materials, and learning resources are our intellectual property.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and is unlawful, as per laws of India.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram and the appellate courts in Haryana, India.
